Dueling System Changes

1. Disable the global "Player1 killed Player2" message
2. Change the dialogue surrounding the duels to say "spar" instead

Why not remove B if A is going away too.

Nah, like when you're in a duel, it changes the top-right corner to the icon of the person you're dueling and says 'Dueling [Name]', and I believe there are some other references where it says duel, though that may be the only one. That's really all I was referring to there.
