A: Sared and Nira was training in the big dojo, Nira accidently cut out Sared's eye during the training / testing.

Correct. Technically, since we were sparring with training settings, it wasn't cut out, but the eye was so damaged it needed to be removed.

I'm pretty sure he had both Kero Zen and Bram Philipi at the same time, as well as Nivek+Jude. Plus, didn't Nivek+Aknaross overlap as well?

Yes, yes, and no. Corinth didn't take Aknaross until after Nivek was Knighted.
