Yeah I'm fine with Blavek's. Seem more fitting and I could see it working.

Can't say I disagree. I think Blavek's are really good and work well for the logo.

If you desaturated it, it would look better as you'd lose the odd colours. I could see it being worn by starfighter pilots or being used as a certain crest for a military/navy division.

For artwork, sure those effects are useful, but in terms of if they were used on uniforms, not a chance.
