• Subject Details: We tend to focus our minds on what is visible and immediate, and as such we tend to think healing as a procedure that helps our body return to its homeostasis.
  
  What we often forget is that the mind needs the same assistance as the body, and that in ignoring the mind, the body alone can never truly heal.
  
  In this class we'll discuss how compassion can aid us in self-healing.
