San'ago seeks the fundamentals of Soresu to improve its' own defensive capabilities
Public is fine!
Anytime is convenient for masters
San'ago has found that its' own defensive abilities require additional reinforcement, and requests help with this.

Thank you Master Helios for including me and Kesruma in this class. I feel I learned a lot and I will keep working to be stronger so I can keep up and do better sidesteps. If there is any further instruction you or San'ago or Akira wish to give please let me know. I thought about weighting my training hilt? Or maybe making a fake weighted one for stance and movement training?
