• Master Aranna Vaan and Knight Nulin Sulor were deployed to the rim of the Galaxy to investigate a transmission, the language of which corrosponded with a mysterious language obtained in transponder codes recovered by Vakin Helios & Isyrelle Orr, and then translated by Nil Zendu and Kenta. While there, Vaan and Sulor recovered a troupe of 6 Jedi Initiates who were from Ossus who had been captured by a mysterious woman.

• A woman who appeared to be Dathomiri in origin and powers accosted Sulor and Vaan. Some of her powers were recognizable from previous Witch encounters the pair experienced, including incantations such as...
  "Terra antiqua, audi vocem meam."
  "Move fundamenta tua, et tremor surgat"
  "Exsurgat vis abysso, concute mundum"
• The children from Ossus had the same symbol on their arms as Padawans Orr, Ahlan, and Anderson

• The woman used other abilities as well far more esoteric. She seemed to draw power from an external source, possibly from someplace else entirely in the Galaxy.
• The woman appeared to be able to use Dathomiri magic while not on Dathomir. While this has been observed before, such as with Master Rizka Zendu, it is uncommon and a testament to the novelty of the woman's abilities. Perhaps she is, in fact, using her Dathomiri understanding of the force to use her abilities, but not, in fact, pulling those powers from her traditional teachings themselves.

In my opinion this woman is connected in some way to the symbols that have been appearing on padawans and initiates in the Order. If she is responsible for them, there is not enough information yet to say. But there is a connection at the very least.

My recommendations are as follows...

• Maintain observation on Padawans Orr, Ahlan, and Anderson to ensure their health maintains through their present condition
• Inform all watchmen, Antarian Rangers, and deployed Jedi in the field to keep their eyes open for a Dathomiri woman with black tattoos on her face and report her whereabouts immediately if seen.

  

• Ensure that there is more robust security for all student transfers in the immediate future. All shuttles with Padawans or Initiates should be escorted by at least 1 ACES pilot of Knight rank or higher in a heavy-fighter or interceptor.
