• Two of the Four Jedi present had gone down to the planet's surface to make discoveries. While on communications we have made plenty of discoveries. An ancient primitive civilization with recollection of times when they were builders. The origin of the dark side imbued technology. They're not so dissimilar to older civilizations from long ago using such ancient technology as hypergates; however now gone primitive.
  
  We have also documented and observed images to confirm these stories. There is no accident, that what attacked us is on those walls.
  
  What the call the "Red Mist" is radiation run-off that comes from the kind of weapons they used. It's all ancient forms of blaster and hyperdrive technology that just doesn't coincide with much tech today. Luckily we now have a means to go about tracking them. The Order will make the commission to building the machine capable of intercepting them based on their use of Quantum Shear Displacement.

In my opinion.. We keep some established members to keep some relationship with the natives of the planet. Figure out if they have deeper stories or old sites of the radiation still present so we can develop a shield technology against such weaponry.

My recommendations are as follows...

• Have a Jedi Archivist and Watchmen among the planet.
• Study the language and culture to the best, while also educating them.
• Keep them as an ally, learn more about the technology to build countermeasures.
