I don't minds if other find it helpsful for they practice too

(Sadly being on the upside of the world it is really only fridays, saturdays and some sundays anytime from 1500 onwards)

• Reason For Request:

Ever since I joined the orders I know meditations has been an important parts of being Jedi, I knows it has helped me a lot but I finds I can easily lose the calm when I am on the moves, or big dangers are imminent. I was hoping learning new techniques of meditation could helps me in times the pressure is on.

Vridd's currently offworld on an extended assignment: is there a chance this class could still be held? I'm at my lesson request cap but I've been told this would be a good one for me to learn.
