(Sadly being on the upside of the world it is really only fridays, saturdays and some sundays anytime from 1500 onwards)

• Reason For Request:

Ever since I joined the orders I know meditations has been an important parts of being Jedi, I knows it has helped me a lot but I finds I can easily lose the calm when I am on the moves, or big dangers are imminent. I was hoping learning new techniques of meditation could helps me in times the pressure is on.
